Why Did My Face Go Blue And Then My Legs ?

Two weeks ago My face turned bluish for no reason. I had no other symptoms. Then today my legs turned blue after I sat up from shaving my legs. This has never happened before and it is freaking me out. Any suggestions?

Sorry I should have added that within 30 minutes after my face turned I went to the doctor and my oxygen level was 99 percent and my Blood pressure normal. She said she had never seen that and by then I was normal in color again
