Why Did My Friend Have Blood Come Out Of His Penis After A Blowjob?

hello, yesterday I gave a guy a blowjob. It was pretty rigorous and he had never gotten one before from me and hadn't had one in months. He cam a lot and afterward a few drops of blood started coming out of the tip of his penis but he didn't feel any pain. When he pulled on his penis more blood came out but only a few drops and again a second time. I didn't taste any blood in his cum and when he masturbated an hour later there was no pain or blood...please help

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that he had a tear of the frenum of penis, and hence the flutuating bleeding.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, serratio peptidase, and acyclofenac sodium. If the bleeding is not controlled sutures may become necessory.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
