Why Did My Hands Turn Blue After Snorting Meth?

I snorted meth for the first time(and last) 3 days ago since then all the fluid rushes out of my extremities all goes to my stomach and chest area. My hands and feet turn either bright blue or red. My blood pressure has stayed over 170 and my left temple and jaw is tender and when I touch left temple u can feel huge pumping of blood. Sweating, hot, but scared to go to doc with a stupid drug in my system and I m 18 weeks pregnant. Will I be ok? I feel like I m poisened, or do I need to seek medical attention. How long til my blood pressure goes back to normal. Ps I had abortion scheduled then got really upset night before appt and got drunk and did this I wasn t planning on having baby now my ex made me keep it and I m worried if my baby will be ok
