The lump in you armpit could be a swollen lymph node or even a swollen milk gland as a result of your recent pregnancy. A lymph node can be swollen due to inflammation or infection. It should resolve on its own over the next week or so. However, if it does not resolve, you should see your doctor to make sure that it is not something more serious. I hope this was helpful to you, please let me know if you have any further questions.
