Why Do I Feel Bloated An Have Abdominal Pain?
I have been feeling off for a while and went for an ultra sound. The ultra sound woman asked me if I bled or spotted at all. I'm seriously bloated and hurts to lie on my stomach. It's been sensitive for about 3 weeks and I have other signs of pregnancy, issue is I'm on mirena. What can be causing these issues? I have a strong gut feeling I'm having a miscarriage.

By your history of symptoms particularly of hurts ob lying on stomach and signs of pregnancy and what your sonologist has asked you , there looks to be a chance of tubal pregnancy which might be leaking giving you so much pain.
You have to get a confirmed diagnosis and earliest treatment if this is tubal pregnancy.
