Why Do I Feel Body Numbness? When Will I Become Normal Again?

I am having a hard time writing and typing the past few days. I was experiencing full body numbness. today I feel better but my right arm and hand are slow responding. I went to the doctor and they concluded it is stress/anxiety related. How long before I feel completely in control again?

Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic

I think, you have writer cramps syndrome. It is a psychological disorder due to excessive use of hand and due to underline anxiety. You can take low dose antidepressant and benzodiazepine. That would help to decrease anxiety. For these drugs, better to consult a psychiatrist for further management.

Thanks
