Why Do I Feel Coolness Or Hotness In My Left Underarm When Drinking Cold Or Hot Water?

I m feeling coolness or hotness while drinking water cold/hot in my left underarm and i have sweat gland issue recently gone through surgery as well for the removal. Please suggest me why it is causing and how to prevent that, any other issues or complications due to it. Please suggest sir.
