Why Do I Feel Dizzy And Have Stabbing Pain In My Breast And Arm Pits?

I have been extremely dizzy all day, i'm always tried even when i get 8 hrs sleep i'm so tired, i have no energy . I have a stabbing pain in my left breast on the side and a stabbing pain in my right breast at the top , also a stabbing pain in my shoulder blade on the right side , it comes and goes same for the breast pain it comes and goes, Also my arm pits are extremely itchy off and on. But today the dizzy thing is new , and my eyes have been blurry on and off since yesterday . Also my vagina keeps going numb as if its falling a sleep . Im so dizzy at times it feels like i have a head buzz . My throat was sore for a week i had white like puss on it that i could see , i took care of it though , then two days of it feeling better it got sore again lumps came back and again i took care of it . Still hurts a little , why am i so tired and dizzy what is wrong with me i feel like a complaint bucket !!
