Why Do I Feel Exhausted Even After A Good Night's Sleep ?
Im always exhausted no matter what. i am 23 and a mother of a 4 year old and a 2 year old but i dont think thats it. no matter how much sleep i get at night i always and still so exhausted and irratable throughout the day. I am taking lexapro as well. Ive been told my hormones might be unbalanced after kids and my mother mentioned something about a thyroid problem?
