Why Do I Feel Hungry Fast And Feel Weakness, Fast Heartbeat And Blurred View If I Don't Have Another Meal ?

I feel hunger within 4 hours after I ate.When I took another meal then i feel weakness,fast heartbeat , blur view and many in different part of body..I have tested my glucose both in fasting & random , its normal.what more medical case I have to go for ? or what disease you think I suffering with???

I do not think there is any medical health issue here. Please get a fasting thyroid profile done.

I do not think there is any eating disorder either in you.
