Why Do I Feel Like Adrenalin Rush In Whole Body In Late Evenings?

I had like an adrenalin rush, feeling pins and needles radiating from head/ ears down thru my body, occurring Late in the day several times last 3 wks Hydroxyzin HCl overnight cured it in each case My family Dr could not find any reason. Could this travatan z cause it?

You may meet an endocrinologist to see if you have adrenal hormone hypersecretion which happens episodic ally. They could arrange some urine and blood tests
