Why Do I Feel Like Falling When I Stand Still?

hello When I stand still I feel like I fall down but I dont. I have went through Blood test, BP Head scan. Every thing is normal. I am student so I hardly find time to eat. For the past 1 month I started eating nice and nutritious food as advised by doctor. It still continues.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Since the symptoms occur when you move from a sitting to standing position , it is possible that you may have orthostatic hypotension.

This is a reduction in blood pressure on standing.

It can be due to different causes including inadequate fluid intake, heart disease, side effect of medication.

You should try to use at least 8 to 10 glasses of fluid daily and see if your symptoms improve.

If there is no improvement then you should consider visiting your doctor for assessment.

I hope this helps
