Why Do I Feel Nausea During The Day After Having Abortion?

I am 28yrs old, my height is 1.65m, weight is 62 kg.I had a medicl abortion a week ago, it was about 25days old. I used 800mcg of misoprostol vaginally every 12 hrs and had 3 doses. I bled on the first day and had a flow almost like my period but a bit heavy and stopped a week later. I am still feeling nauseous especially during day, when will this clear. I cant go to the doctor because it is illegal in my country. am worried about the nausea, could it be that the abortion was unsuccessful

Understand your concern.
Nausea after abortion is common side effects of abortion pill. It will generally disappear after 4-5 days in safely completed abortion without any complication. Medical abortion at home byself is not safe practice. It causes dangerous complication. Always take opinion of gynecologist. USG should be done before using pill (To know nature of pregnancy and age of pregnancy).
Nausea in your case may be due to either side effects of pills or incomplete abortion. For incomplete abortion: consult the gynecologist and get the USG done at the end of 14th day after using pill. Take proper rest, tablet Pantoprazole plus domperidone, sufficient fluid, maintain pelvic hygiene and make habit of safe sex practice.
