Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have recently in remission from non hodgkins lymphoma. My PET sack is. Clean and so is my bone marrow. My spleen is enlarged and in the last few days I'm nausaus and spleen hurts. CBC looks great. Do I need further testing? I am 39 yrs.old and 150 lbs.
I am so sorry to hear about this feeling of nausea. it is not uncommon to have nausea without any apparent cause. Did you go through chemotherapy? This may just be flashbacks to those days. I will recommend that you monitor this for about a week before seeking further medical attention. If the nausea becomes too concerning, I will recommend you take medications for this. I will not recommend any further testings just now.
I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarification if need be. Thanks for using our services.
