Why Do I Feel Pain In My Upper Leg Near The Groin When Masturbating While Seated But Not While Lying Down?

Hello doctor when I masturbate while bed there is no pain but I do while seating on chair or bed then there is pain just at upper most leg part where leg bone attached to urine section ? I don t know why,when and how it starts ? Can u explain me this
