ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

Blood pumping and pressure in the ears are not recovery symptoms of sinus surgery. Maybe your nose is now not blocked and these symptoms are the result of the relieving of blockage. Please consult a physician to check your blood pressure, cardiac conditions.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rajat Basak,
