Hello dear,I understand your concern. In my opinion the fetal movements reflect the well being of fetus. So if doubtful about the fetal movements maintainance of fetal movement count is advisable. The fetal movements should be atleast 10 in a period of 12 hours per day.Anything less than 10 is abnormal and needs investigation.Take adequate fluids upto 2-3 litres per day.Avoid stress if any and maintain fetal movement count.
