Why Do I Feel Something Rattling Inside My Ear On Jumping?

Hi, I was wondering what would be this symptom when I jump. My left ear feels like it has something moving inside not sure if it could be liquid or anything else. It does not hurt but it feels very uncomfortable and it gets a little more sensible. Thanks in advance, Luis B.
