Why Do I Feel Weakness With Stomach Discomfort, Dizziness And Plugged Ear?
I ve been having tingling left side of face but not my forehead and a plugged left ear, a bit of a sore neck. Feeling of weakness in my arms and legs. Knees and ankles kinda ache sometimes. And started with migrane and now headache. Stomachs discomfort and dizziness.

HI . This can be due to flu. Take Paracetamol / Ibuprofen if suits you, Nasal decongestant drops followed by steam inhalations, bed rest. If this does not solve your problems please visit a Doctor.
