Hi, Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum.
How old are you? Do you have breast swelling? Your History Suggests, you have Mastalgia. Kindly don't worry, Most times, breast pain signals a benign breast condition and rarely signifies breast cancer. Kindly get yourself examined by a Gynecologist if the pain doesn't go away after your next menstrual cycle. Do you have associated Neck, back or shoulder pain? Because women with large breasts may have noncyclic breast pain related primarily to the size of their breasts. This type of breast discomfort is typically accompanied by neck, shoulder and back pain. Once you visit your Doctor, she shall examine you thoroughly by doing a thorough clinical breast and physical exam and it all necessary she would suggest few tests like Mammography, Ultrasound or Breast Biopsy. The treatment depends upon the cause and the symptomatic treatment like analgesics.
Use hot or cold compresses on your breasts, Wear a firm support bra and a sports bra during exercise and while sleeping, Eat healthy nutritious balanced diet which should include fresh fruits and green leafy veggies, avoid high calorie, fatty foods. Practice relaxation techniques like Yoga and Meditation. Stick to your treatment plan and go for regular follow up.

Wish you Good Health, Take Care.
