Why Do I Get Rashes On The Chest After Eating?
I’ve been getting rashes after I eat and I don’t know why. I had an anaphylactic reaction last month to something we don’t know. It’s been stressing me out because I’ve been getting these rashes on my chest twice a week after eating. Is there a way to prevent these rashes? I’ve been taking reactine daily but it only seems to help when I take them right after I notice the rash

It may be urticaria most probably. The triggers may be the dietary factors. So, just find out the triggers and remove them from your diet. You may also go for allergy tests.
