Why Do I Get Red Blotches On My Chest And Neck Area When I Am Upset?

hi. When I am nervous or upset or even just hot I get red blotches on my chest and neck area. If it s really bad they can spread up my face and even on my arms at times. I m just wondering if there s anything I can do to help this? It started about 9 years ago when I was 18.

Hi,

It may be urticaria most probably. It may be precipitated by mental upsets. Consult the dermatologist for the perfect diagnosis and proper treatment. Anxiolytic,oral steroid and antihistaminics may be considered.
