Why Do I Get Red Patches Under The Skin On Legs After Standing For A Long Time?

i have red patches under the skin on legs. It comes only when i stand long time. it disappear after 3 or 4 days.. i did lab test for this.. my ANIF is positive and ESR level is 75 , IG 300 then clotting time, and platlet count then full urine test says everything in normal. What is this disease name? What type of treatment may i need to take? Can i get cured from this? Please reply me doctor.

The patches may be ecchymoses. And the disease may be connective tissue disease like lupus erythematosus. For the perfect diagnosis,consult the dermatologist..ok
