Just wondering, I use to be a heavy marijuana smoker. And I went to jail for 2 weeks and wen I got I out I tried to smoke again and I get these pains in my stomach even if I take one small hit. What coukd it be, it hurts after I eat, smoke, drink milk the only time it dont hurt is wen I drink water. I dont know wat to do, my doctor said to take prilosec but that doesnt even help me no acid reflux drink help either. Please help im tired stressed and I cant take this feelin any more........
You might have an ulcer or inflammation of your stomach. You could also have spasm in your esophagus. Smoking or eating certain foods may make the symptoms worse. I am not sure how the stomach pains relate to using marijuana after a 2 week gap. You might have developed an ulcer or gastritis from the stress of being in jail, and when you started smoking again, it set off the symptoms. If you have one of these conditions, you may need to be on Prilosec for awhile to heal them up. Perhaps you weren't on it long enough to do anything. I suggest talking to your doctor about seeing a specialist in gastrointestinal (GI) disease if it doesn't improve with a full course of Prilosec. The GI doctor can use a scope to look inside your stomach and esophagus. This will help in seeing the cause, and specific treatment can then be prescribed.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
