Why Do I Have A Bloated Stomach After Missing My Periods For 3 Months ?

Hi, I did not notice my mentrual period and I think I missed it for almost 3 months now and I m feeling bloated as my lower belly is like a big gelly. Sometimes I ve got a feeling of having my period soon because of a feel of heaviness and slight pain on my lower tummy. Please help. thanks

There are high chances that you might be pregant. Ibsuggest you get a urine pregnancy test and also an ultrasound
