Why Do I Have A Bump On The Outside Of My Elbow That Hurts To Straighten It Out?

I have a bump on the outside of my elbow it hurts to straighten it out and to grab things with my fingers dropping a lot and now there s a swollen bump on the side what could it be somebody told me it has something to do with my radius but the bump looks like it might have fluid
