Why Do I Have A Bump Under My Right Eye Against My Nose?

I have a bump under my right eye against my nose. It’s been there a few days. It’s not painful, but tender to touch. My right side of face has built up pressure along with some teeth. I tried to pop it thinking it was a pimple. Only a little pus came out.
