I have a pain on the right side sort of under/to the bottom of my rib, although sometimes it goes to the side and then sometimes I feel it in my back - still on the right side. It's been there for a couple of days, it's not excruciating but feels uncomfortable. I am 45, female, not overweight - usually fit and healthy.

Hi
The pain in right side of abdomen below ribs may be due to acid peptic disease, even gall stones possibility is there since the pain is referring to back. better to get done USG abdomen and pelvis once.
for now you can take acid suppressant like pantoprazole for pain relief. this will help you.
