Welcome to Healthcare Magic
Good Day
If the plaque is not coming off while scraping and is present for many years, it may be due to Fluorosis, or high fluorine content in the water. There is no treatment for that except maybe decent tooth polishing and painting. Kindly discuss with the Dentist about this as there may be other possible causes for this in your teeth.

Dentist, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Dr. Adarsh K. Desai's  Response
hi...
plaque formation occurs due to inefficient brushing and later develops in calculus which is hard to remove by brushing this has to be removed by a dentist by scaling and if it is in relation to your veneers only...then your veneers may have a rough surface...a rough surface tends to retain plaque accumulations...either u need a replacement to ceramic veneers or you need to get those venrers polished...and plaque and calculus are not good for your gums...so you need to visit a dentist as will lead to gum infection.
take care

Dentist, Implantology Dr. Manish Juneja's  Response
you need a professional scaling to be done. scaling is a procedure where a dentist removes tartar (calculus) and stains from all the surfaces of you teeth. this prevents the occurence of gum diseases and maintain the gum in healthy condition.
the knot in jaw must be evaluated clinically to answer what it may be.
refer to your dentist

Hi,
You need to get a scaling of your teeth done. Scaling removes plaque and calculus and there by improves the gingival health.
