Why Do I Have A Puncture, Redness, Swelling, Itching, And Seeping Under My Scrotum?

I had similiar incident described in questions below (scrotum puncture or wound and profuse bleeding after shower), and am also on 10mg Lisinopril. But, in days following, developed larger inflamed painful area ca. 1-1.5" around puncture, redness, swelling, itching, and seeping. Examined by urologists and primary who prescribed both antibiotic Keflex, then Fluconazole, also thinking it could be fungal. No real improvement after ca. 10 days. Seepage causing yellowish staining in underwear. Also have Foley catheter for treatment of other prostate/urinary conditions. Other possible causes and treatments. Thankyou.

PeriUrethral Abscess with Urethritis from Chronic Foleys Catheter inside.
Your current health problem started besides Foleys Cather treatment for your urinary problem.
Scrotal puncture / wound with profuse bleeding after shower indicates- rupture of the Peri-urethral abscess causing profuse bleeding..
Second Check and opinion from Your doctor with USG study with Contrast would resolve the cause from the above list.
