Why Do I Have A Red Bump In My Left Labia Minora That Is Slightly Painful And Has Grown After Using Gentamicin Gel?

Hi, i have a red lump or bump in my left labia minora skin, 3 weeks ago its appear after i used a really tight jeans, and then i compress with warm hot water its getting smaller, but then i wore a bit tight jeans again, then it come again getting bigger. I put gentamicin gel in that area and it even make it a bit bigger and a bit pain when you touch it. Its not that big probably like same or smaller than pea size. Idk what should i do?
