You are advised to get clinically examined by a GP or a urologist. You are suggested to get STD tests done as your symptoms may be indicative of sexually transmitted infections like herpes, chancroid, syphilis, etc. If STD tests come positive, you will be treated with antibiotics and antivirals.
For relief, you can apply ointment Acyclovir on the area affected. Take care of your hygiene and wear soft cotton clothes. Avoid any type of sexual activity or self-pleasuring. Get assessed so that the pathology is diagnosed, and specific treatment can be given. Avoid unprotected sex and multiple partners.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
