Why Do I Have A Strange Repetitive Vibration In My Groin Area?

I have a strange repeating vibration in my groin area. It lasts a few seconds stops and in a few seconds repeats. It is constant. It is like have a cell phone go off in your pocket. I am 25, male, and in relatively good health. It is not painful but is driving me crazy.
