Why Do I Have A Uncomfortable Feeling Under The Right Foot That Feels Like Being Pulled ?

I have a funny uncomfortable feeling under my right foot. the location is at the ball, by the 4th digit. it feels like there's something in there, when i walk or move my foot a certain way, sometimes it feels like something is being pulled or pressed on. I've taken off my shoes and felt that foot and then felt the other in the same location and they both feel the same. No inflammation, but i can feel the bones under both feet. Could it be the shoes? Or maybe something wrong with my body?
