Why Do I Have Abdominal Pain, Bloating And Loose Stool?
Hi have stomach pain, and had motions 3 times with in 3 hours, the pain is on left side of my stomach, I feel the sensation of my stomach bulging at the left side.what could be the problem, is it food infection. This will happen often with couple of months frequency.

IT looks that you have an intestinal infection. Most probably Colitis.
If this is happening repeatedly, you have to think of Food allergy, note down which foods cause you this problem,,. This can be due to Waterborne diseases , check for the water and foods at source.
Get colonoscopy and ultrasonography done. To rule our Gastrointestinal Cancer CT scan may be necessary.
At the moment go for a course of an antibiotic, probiotic and supportive medcines and see the results
