Why Do I Have Anxiety Attacks?
I have had seizures for 20 years Last Oct 2nd I had a seizure which caused cardiac arrest, I was in a medical induced coma for 5 days 11 days on life support. By the grace of GOD I survived. My question to you is since then my anxiety is thru the roof. Any suggestions would be fantastic. Thank you, Bnkjkl

Sometime due to any physical compliant, patients develop some underline anxiety or depression due to excessive worry. In that case, either you can try few antidepressant or benzodiazepine like clonazepam or relaxation exercise. You can consult a psychiatrist for proper management and evaluation.
