Why Do I Have Burning Sensation In Stomach, Throat And Chest?

I'm am 17 about 5ft3 118lbs. Just moved to the states. I have been having migraines for about 5 years now. For the past week I have been burping, having migraines, almost throwing up, burning sensation in stomach,chest, and throat. I also feel too tired. What may be wrong with me?

Hi. This is due to hyperacidity, This has given you the symptoms of GERD and migraine; needs a few investigtions::
CT scan Brain for evaluation of headache and consultation with a Neurologist.
Upper GI Endoscopy for the symptoms you have .
Ultrasonography as a preliminary investigation.

You need to take PPI, Domperidone, antacid gels, an a anxiolytic.
Consult a Gastroenterologist for review and treatment accordingly.
