Why Do I Have Constant Brown Discharge Even During Intercourse?

Recently I have had thick brown discharge every day and I am on the pill. It isn't a lot but I do have it at least once a day. I'm not due my period until next week so it isn't that, please help because I don't have a clue what it is and I'm worrying. It's also really embarrassing when having sex because sometimes it leaks during sex too!

Hello,
I can understand your discomfort. I would suggest a clinical examination by a specialist as there is a possibility of a local lesion that could be causing this discharge or there is some breakthrough due to hormone imbalance. Weight disturbances, stress, infections and certain medications, all can cause such breakthrough. Coagulation profile, liver function and blood counts also should be done if any bleeding disorder is suspected as a consequence of pill usage. Hope you find this information useful.
