Why Do I Have Constant Headache And Feel Fatigued, Blurry And Dizzy?
hey everyone.
my name is caitlin and i'm 22.
i have had a constant headache for 9 months now.
i've had to stop my psychology degree because no doctors know what is going on.
i also feel fatigued, blurry and dizzy in the head- i cannot concentrate.
i have just been treated for hypo thyroid- but the headaches remain
i am on deralin 80mg with only a slight improvement.
any help would be appreciated.

I read carefully your question and understand your concern.
I would like to have some more information on your headache:
-Where is it located?
-Is it throbbing or like pressure?
-Do you have other symptoms like intolerance to the noise or light, nausea or vomiting?
-Is is aggravated by physical activity?
Have you performed any brain MRI?
Deralin is a medication which has good effects on migraine headaches.
I would recommend increasing the dose up to 120mg daily, if you can tolerate this dose and start on an antidepressant like amytriptiline. It will help you with headache and the other symptoms.
If you do not tolerate amytriptiline, a SSRI class antidepressant could be helpful.
