Why Do I Have Electrical Shock And Throbbing Pain In My Genital Area For Over 8 Years?

I have had electrical shock and throbbing pain in my genital area for over8 years. it is very debilitating. It is especially intense when I am sitting. I ve been told that I have an irritated nerve and Prescribed Lyrica 225 mg twice a day. It helps some but never makes the pain go away.
