Why Do I Have Fever And Pain In My Head Above The Ear?

I am running a fever, no infection (ruled out) but as of about 12 hours ago I have a sharp pinpoint pain in the left area of my head above the ear. It lasts only a second or two, goes away completely, then hits again within minutes - very regular and always the same spot.

Hello,
It is my privilege to help you,
I have reviewed your history. The pain what you are getting in the head reason may be due to dehydration caused by the fever.
I would advise you to consult your doctor to evaluate the cause for the pain so that reason can be identified and proper treatment can be given.
Thank you.
