Why Do I Have Flashing Lights After Falling On My Coccyx?
I was out walking about half an hour and slipped on ice and fell hard on my coccyx - v painful but when I got home I found when I was reading the newspaper there flashing lights in my right eye and now I have a bit of a headache tho the flashing lights are going

As you describe, it appears that you have missed the event of injury to the head. It would have caused the head injury.
You may need to have an M.R.I, and other tests for diagnosis.
