Why Do I Have Headaches, Blurred Vision And Headaches After Involving In Physical Activity?

I hit my head Friday during a game felt okay then woke up the next morning and felt a little dizzy but over these past few days I have felt worse and more dizzy with a head ache and it gets way worse to the point my vision gets blurry while i do physical activity. what can be wrong or should I go to the ER

Persistent headache after head injury requires evaluation by a neurologist. Possibility of both primary and secondary headache is there. Brain imaging may be required.
