Why Do I Have Headaches, Giddiness And Low Blood Pressure After Switching To Vozet From Zoryl For Diabetes?

I am a diabetic Patient (LAST 10 YEARS) with sugar LEVEL@ 174 fasting, 200 post lunch. earlier WITH NORMAL BLOOD PRESSURE, AND NO MEDICATION FOR BP. I was taking gloconorm and zoryl M2 . I have en advised to change to GlyciphageSR 1GM (100), GLOCONORM G1 FORTE1/1000 (001), CAP BECOSULE Z (001), t ROSUFIT, AND FLEXIGLIM 0.5 ((010). WITH THE CHANGE OF MEDCINES I STARTED GETTING DEADACHES AND FEELING GIDDY AND MY BP SHOR UPTO 110 / 200 AND I TAB VOZET FWAS ASKED TO START TAKING NATRILAM FOR BP. I STILLFEEL GIDDY . IAM ALSO TOOK tAB AZEE FOR 9 DAYS AND TAKING TAB VOZET (AT BEDTIME) FOR A WOUND AT THE BACK OF MY HEAD(ICE SINGLE PATCH OCCIPETAL AREA, ITCHING) WHCIH IS NOT HEALING SINCE PAST 2 YEARS. LYMPHOCITES..45. CHOLESTROL 209, TRIGLYCERIDES 239, CHOLESTRON HDL 37, DIRECT LDL 139, CHOL HDL RATIO 5.6, LDL HDL RATIO 3.8, CREATIN 8, SODIUM 132 POTASSIUM 4.10 CHLORIDE 97. If you do have problem or start having problem after changing the drugs then you have to start taking the old regime, let me tell you that your blood pressure is nothing to do with this, blood pressure can not be low with this, the giddiness could be due to hypoglycaemia, take care have word with doctor, bye.
