Why Do I Have Headaches, Irregular Menstrual Cycle, Abdominal Pain And Heavy Bleeding After Childbirth?

i have 2 kids,after birth of 2nd kid i m suffering from pain in abdomen ,irregular menstrual cycle with heavy bleeding and headache from 1 year,my pelvic sonography shows multiple small follicles on ovaries ,small amount of fluid in cul de sac and increased vascularity of anterior myometrium.........

I really appreciate your concern, sonography findings are not significant, such irregular and heavy bleeding is pretty common in post partum phase if this long last then it may need hormone therapy but prior to this it may need some investigation, this could be self limiting too, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
