Why Do I Have Itching On My Skin And Pimples On My Hand?

I have itching problem on my body especially in my leg .Now the skin going and become white colour only between the foot and knees.now itching start under my foot especially under my thumb finger sometimes itching my hand fingeres and i can see small pimples inside my hand skin.my hair is also going . My face become dark than before. And some black spots like small pimples showing on my back under the neck. I use clobtasol ointment Bp tenovate in my legs . What I want to do what is my problem . I made biopsy test my leg skin but doctor told me nothing
