Why Do I Have Missed Period After Undergoing Surgery For Fibroadenomas In Breast?

I had fibroadenomas in my breast and underwent suregry for removal 10 months back. Now i have missed periods for the first time and the doctor prescribed me Deviry for 5 days. It says on internet deviry may cause breast lumps. So is it safe? should i take it or not?
