Why Do I Have Pain And Burning Sensation In Both Arms?

hi i have been experiencing some pain in both my arms just below the ball of by shoulders and sometimes it radiates along the length of my arms at one instance i wa unable to extend my arms fully for around two weeks without severe pain. sometimes this pain feels like a burning sensation. i have been reading that this may be a symptom of HIV in addition to the pain in my arms i have a pain on the inside of my right thigh and around the right ankle and in a concentrated area on the right side of my head. can this be the sign of HIV?
