Hi, Welcome to HealthcareMagic

By the nature of your symptoms, you are suffering from Angina Pectoralis. In this condition, one or more of the coronary vessels, that supply blood to the heart, is partially occluded. Thus, during strenuous work, the heart muscles do not get sufficient amounts of blood (ischemia), resulting in chest pain. Consult a cardiologist at the earliest.
