Why Do I Have Painful Swollen Belly Along With Nausea And Fatigue?
on and off painful swollen belly along with nausea and fatigue also I worry as I have had a tumor removed in 2006 and recently went for a high definition scan and they said that i had two ovaries when i only have one, had another scan and they said they had mistaken my removed ovary for my bowel.
You can be suffering from colitis along with gastritis or other gastrointestinal infection so I would suggest you have a course of pantoprazole 40 in empty stomach for 10 days. Also, a course of metronidazole 400 mg for 10 days is necessary. Lastly, I would suggest deworming course with albendazole 400 mg, if your stool are not clear then duphalac syrup may be required.
